Cookie policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Cookies are small files that your browser stores when you visit a website; similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work the same way. This page explains which ones we use on mostesidolomitesspahotel.com, what they are for and how you can control them. The data controller is named in thePrivacy policy.
How we ask for consent
On your first visit a banner offers two choices: "Accept" also enables statistics and marketing cookies, "Reject" keeps only technical ones. Your choice is saved in your browser and you are not asked again. You can change it at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page. Until you choose, or if you reject, no statistics or marketing cookie is set: Google tags run in consent mode and the Meta Pixel is not loaded.
Technical cookies, always active
They make the site work and do not require consent.
- Cookie choice (first party, browser local storage, key "mostesi-consent"): remembers whether you accepted or rejected. It lasts until you clear your browser data.
- SimpleBooking request form (third party, domain simplebooking.it, QNT S.r.l.): on the "Request info" page only, the form is loaded from SimpleBooking and may set technical session cookies needed to send the request.
- Content management panel (first party, cookie "payload-token"): created only for staff who log in to update the content, never for visitors.
Statistics and marketing cookies, only with your consent
- Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.). It tells us how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages they read, in aggregate form. Cookies: "_ga" and "_ga_*" (2 years). Notice:policies.google.com/privacy.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). It measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram campaigns and lets us show ads to people who visited the site. Cookies: "_fbp" (3 months) and, if you have a Meta account, "fr" on the facebook.com domain. Notice:facebook.com/privacy/policy.
These services may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
External services that do not use cookies
- Photos and videos are served from the site's own storage on Vercel, without cookies.
- Fonts are served by the site itself, not by Google's servers.
- The map is not embedded: the button opens Google Maps in a new tab, only if you press it.
- The "Book" button opens the booking engine on simplebooking.it, which has its own cookie notice.
Managing cookies in your browser
Besides the "Cookie preferences" link, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings:Chrome,Firefox,Safari,Edge. Blocking technical cookies may prevent the request form from being sent.
Updates
If we add or remove services, we update this page and, where needed, ask for your consent again.
