This notice explains which personal data we collect when you visit mostesidolomitesspahotel.com, why we process it and what rights you have, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

What data we process and why

Browsing the site

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. The systems automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of the request. This data keeps the site running, protects it from abuse and helps us find faults. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the service. Logs are kept only as long as strictly necessary, usually a few days.

Information and quote requests

The form on the "Request info" page is provided by SimpleBooking, a service of QNT S.r.l. (Florence, Italy), which processes data on our behalf as a processor. The data you enter (name, email, phone, dates of stay, number of guests, message) is used only to reply to you and prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. We keep the request for 12 months after the last contact, unless it becomes a booking.

Online booking

The "Book" buttons take you to the SimpleBooking booking engine on simplebooking.it, run by QNT S.r.l. on our behalf. There you enter booking and payment details under the notice shown on those pages. Data of confirmed bookings is kept to meet tax obligations (10 years) and the duty to report guests to the public security authorities.

Direct contact

If you email or call us, we use your contact details only to reply. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in answering requests.

Statistics and marketing

Only if you consent through the cookie banner, we enable Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and measure our campaigns. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Details are in theCookie policy.

Recipients

Data is handled by our authorised staff and by the providers that supply technical services to us, appointed as processors:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA): site hosting and storage of photos and videos;
  • Supabase Inc.: database of the site content, on servers in Frankfurt (Germany);
  • QNT S.r.l. (Italy): SimpleBooking request form and booking engine;
  • Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: statistics and marketing, only with your consent;
  • HRM Consulting S.r.l. (Villorba, Italy): technical maintenance of the site under the Revna brand.

We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for their own purposes. We may disclose it to authorities when the law requires it.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (Vercel, Google, Meta) may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which these providers adhere, and on standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

  • Technical browsing logs: a few days.
  • Information requests: 12 months after the last contact.
  • Bookings: 10 years, for tax obligations.
  • Statistics and marketing data: for the periods stated in the Cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise your rights, write toinfo@mostesidolomitesspahotel.it. If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country.

Providing data

The data requested in the contact form and in the booking is needed to receive a reply or confirm your stay. Consent to statistics and marketing cookies is optional: without it the site works normally.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the site's services or the law change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date at the top.
